My biggest problem is the warping/deforming of the jamb liners especially on the south side (replacement Jeld-Wen jamb liners #277-actual size 73 1/2″ short side of sloped bottom). Also due to the warping of the liners the side/vertical wood sash is warped on many of the windows. I have the 1989 vintage Caradco double hung clad windows.
